Finance & Accounting

  • Bachelor's degree (S1) in Accounting.

  • Minimum of 1-2 years of relevant experience.

  • Proficiency in using MS Excel and accounting software (accurate)

  • Exceptional accuracy, time management, and multitasking skills.

  • Has Bravet A & B ccertification

  • Manage employee claims, including general and travel claims, and ensuring alignment with claim policies.

  • Handle creating purchase orders, sales invoices, and supplier invoices

  • Process AP and journal entries for transactions such as BPJS Healthcare, BPJS Social Security, In-House Transfers, income tax (21, 23, 4(2), 25), bank charges, and settlement of AR.

  • Prepare bank reconciliations to ensure accurate financial records.

  • Maintain the general ledger and ensure accurate accounting records are up to date.

  • Ensure proper and complete documentation and filing for easy retrieval of all accounting related documents.

  • Perform any other duties as assigned by the Finance Manager.
