IT Infrastruktur Support
Knowledge supporting and configuring solutions using Mobile Device Management (MDM) as it pertains to end user support.
Associates degree in information technology, or equivalent work experience
At least 3+ years of experience in a technical support role
Excellent analytical and troubleshooting skills.
Able to manage multiple threads of work simultaneously and knowledge to prioritize appropriately based on business or end-user needs.
Solutions-oriented and a quick problem-solver; can operate autonomously and escalate appropriate.
Have technical knowledge of MacOS, Windows 10/11, iOS, and common end user applications (i.e., MS Office).
Will be located in Kuningan, Gatot Subroto
