Requirements
Proven experience in marketing roles within the cosmetics and skincare industry. (Minimum 2 years of experience)
In-depth knowledge of skincare, and beauty trends.
Demonstrated experience in developing and executing successful marketing campaigns.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling marketing content
Proficiency in utilizing various marketing channels and tools, including digital marketing, social media, and influencer collaborations
Strong analytical skills to measure campaign performance and derive actionable insights
Creative mindset with a keen eye for design and aesthetics
Ability to multitask, prioritize responsibilities, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field
Excellent knowledge of MS office and Marketing software
Fluent in English

Responsibilities
Conduct market research to identify consumer trends, competitor activities, and opportunities for growth in the skincare industry
Plan and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to for product launching, increase brand awareness, drive product sales, and meet business objectives
Manage all relevant communication channels including but not limited to digital channels, social media, influencers, printed channels, etc.
Oversee the creation of engaging marketing content, including product descriptions, social media posts, website content, and advertising materials
Utilize analytics and market insights to measure campaign effectiveness, identify areas for improvement, and optimize marketing efforts
Manage and enhance the brand's image and reputation. Develop brand positioning, messaging, and creative assets that resonate with the target audience
Plan and execute digital marketing efforts, including social media, email marketing, SEO, and online advertising. Monitor performance and optimize campaigns to drive engagement and conversions
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure marketing efforts align with business goals
Manage public relations initiatives to generate positive media coverage and enhance the brand's visibility. This may include media relations, press releases, influencer partnerships, etc.
Build and maintain relationships with key industry partners, influencers, and media outlets to enhance brand visibility and generate positive PR opportunities
Stay up-to-date with industry trends, advancements in cosmetics and skincare, and marketing best practices to drive innovation and stay ahead of the competition
Handle all external marketing events
Develop and maintain close relationships with vendor
