Requirements
Bachelor's degree
Fluent in English
Can speak Mandarin and Korean (point plus)
2+ years related work experience as personal assistant
Proficient in Microsoft Office
Can do translation (Mandarin, Korean)
Have good organizing skills, teamwork, communication skills, adaptation, and independence. Positive attitude
Responsibilities
Handle day to day administration support to President Director. Not limited to handle incoming and outgoing phone calls.
Assist with document preparation and management, including drafting and formatting reports, presentations, memos, and other materials as requested by the President Director.
Organize director meetings, appointments and create MOMs.
Manage and maintain President Director’s appointments/calendar or email if needed
Plan, Arrange internal and external meetings / events
Full fill for business trip based on President Director’s schedule for both business and personal purpose.
Able to coordinate with various levels of positions as liaison officer (internal and external)
Build and maintain positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including colleagues, clients, vendors, and other business contacts, representing the President Director professionally
