Requirements
  • IT/IS Bachelor’s degree or equivalent

  • Solid software sales experience in a technology or services environment

  • Negotiation Skill, Solution Selling/SPIN skills

  • Basic Knowledge of CRM, Business Intelligence, Database will become value added

Responsibilities
  • The Product Specialist role is a quota-bearing sales persona and the purpose is to primarily pursue and land qualified leads identified. The Product Specialist will identify new opportunities from a selection of existing accounts or new account, present solutions, value propositions, partner configurations, cost structures and revenue models to the client that meet their needs.

  • A substantial amount of time will be spent on engaged selling or supporting the sales process in partnership with Client Representative. Contribute to the pre-sales process by working with pre-sales architects to create the best solution design for the client.

  • Building and developing excellent stakeholder relationships with new and existing clients, whilst developing new business channels and territories will be a core focus of this role.

  • Responsible on principal quota, marketing strategy and development of product assigned.


  • Mengembangkan sales plan untuk memastikan, keberhasilan mencapai target penjualan (achieve target)

  • Maintain dan menjaga hubungan baik dengan existing customer ataupun new customer

  • Manage expectasi customer dan mengarahkan mereka menuju cusomer satisfaction

  • Report all progress kepada seluruh stakeholder baik internal dan eksternal

  • Berkolaborasi dengan tim untuk mencapai pertumbuhan berkelanjutan (sustainably growth)
