Requirements
  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Computer Science/Information Technology, Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication) or equivalent

  • Experience as a Sales minimal 6 years in the same field with proven achievement

  • Knowledge in IT product and industry and sales process

  • Passion in sales with a good manner & integrity

  • Have a customer account would be a plus

  • Domicile in Jakarta area

  • Able to work comfortably in a fast paced environment

  • Excellent with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, etc)

  • Fluent in English oral & written

  • Able to work as a team, independent and fast learner

  • Willing to work mobile

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skill

Responsibilities
  • Grab sales opportunities by engaging with principals, distributors and internal networks in order to increase business volume

  • Cooperate with customers according to the agreement and customer needs

  • Mapping customer accounts

  • Mapping the project

  • Knowing the customer profile, for example the type of industry, products & systems used

  • Finding challenges from customer problems so that they can offer the best product or solution

  • Knowing in detail all the solutions offered by the company so as to educate customers well

  • Develop & maintain a good relationship with customers, principals & being able to formulate strategies for customer accounts

  • Ensure cooperation with customers according to the agreement and customer needs

  • Manage end to end sales lifecycle to meet sales revenue target defined by company

  • Identify and enhance pipeline according to account strategy to meet sales target

  • Coordinate with all related parties in order to define effective, competitive and profitable proposal

  • Manage negotiation and persuade customer to meet profitable business agreement
