Strands: Make Your Digital Banking Smarter is a user experience event held by PT. Global Infotech Solution (GIS) to introduce the new fin-tech product for banking. Event that was held on October 18th 2018, in Shangri la Hotel, Jakarta was attended by 33 participants from 15 banks.
Strands is a new financial technology that helps bank’s customers to manage finances as much as ever by offering financial advice and budgeting tips digitally. In this event, banks will experience hands-on simulation of STRANDS Finance Suite as a powerful PFM and BFM that can take banks to the next level in this banking industries that continuous change and diversity.
Event which took place in Sulawesi Room was begun with opening speech by the managing director of PT. Global Infotech Solution, Amon Fernandes. After a very warm speech by Mr. Amon the event was continued with a session by Antoni Chang, the principle of Strands. Mr. Antoni present CBA customer experience by using case study from Bank of Montreal to the attendees. Then, continued by how to make your mobile banking smarter session. In the afternoon, the event was paused for lunch break and continued again with a drama about “A Day in Life as a SME & Retail User”. After the three sessions were finished, Q&A session was opened and ended with doorprize.
